The Story

A proud partnership between Falcon Specialty North America and Coffeebar.

Nestled in the highlands of Guji, Ethiopia, this washing station meticulously processes coffee cherries from over 110 local farmers. 

One of the most exciting things about Habtambu’s Uraga station is that it uses machinery designed to reduce the amount of water needed to produce washed coffees, thus reducing their environmental impact while not compromising the flavors we’ve grown to love from washed Ethiopian coffees!
