We are excited to share with you the signature blend for DOPO Pizza Pasta. This espresso blend is inspired by the Italian coffee culture. A full bodied medium-dark roast, designed to compliment cappuccino, affogato, and an espresso martini. As an espresso it’s full bodied, and lower acidity than the Zephyr Espresso blend.
While this blend is designed to be used as espresso, it works perfectly as a full bodied, smooth drip coffee.
