This coffee is a continuing relationship with Felix Poron via our importer partner De La Gente. Felix has spent the past two years working his way back from losing his 2018 harvest due to ash fall from the Volcan Fuego eruption that summer, so we are very excited to release this year’s coffee!
Felix grows a varietal called Villa Sarchi, which is well adapted to high altitudes, perfect for Felix’s mountainside fields. It also produces a clean, fruit-forward cup that stands out among other coffees from the Antigua region with it’s juicy, orange-like acidity.
