Now hiring for Baristas, Cashiers & Kitchen Staff for the Winter Season!

MUST have secure housing in the North Tahoe area.

MUST have personal reliable transportation.

MUST be able to work through the winter season. Seasonal candidates need not apply.

Bring home $25.00+ per hour!!! **this includes $18.00/hr base pay + tips estimated at $7-$10+ per hour.

We’re looking for team members to join our buzzin’ community cafe in the The Village at the Palisades Resort in Olympic Valley, CA! Members of our team provide friendly, efficient and hospitable service to each guest (learn names and favorite drinks for bonus points), prepare stunning meals and brew up the best cup of coffee in town. No experience? No sweat; we offer excellent cross-training and room for growth.

We work hard and play harder, buckle up!

You have:
– High-volume, fast-paced food/beverage service experience
– Sense of humor, positive outlook and team-oriented attitude
– A dedication to creating impeccable customer experiences and being the force behind excellent hospitality
– Existing Food Handler’s Certification or certification within 30 days post-hire
– A demonstrated enthusiasm for coffee, baked goods, sustainability, farm-to-table food and/or a desire to learn
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to genuinely connect with a large and diverse group of coworkers and customers
– Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to stay cool and collected in a busy environment
– Flexible, open availability schedule
