NOW Hiring a Culinary Team Lead (CTL) to lead our staff in a seasonal ski and resort environment at Palisades, Olympic Valley, CA.
Base rate is $20.00hr + tips! **Tips estimated at $6-$12 per hour.
-MUST have secure housing in the North Tahoe Area
-MUST have personal reliable transportation. Public transit does not apply.
-MUST be a Year-Round resident. Seasonal candidates need not apply.

Our coffee program is dedicated to seed-to-cup sourcing and purchasing coffees of the highest quality from around the world. We’re looking for an amazing Kitchen/Culinary Kitchen Manager for our NEW buzzing community cafe! This is a full-time opportunity. We’re looking for communicative, positive, professional leaders who have a passion for farm-to-fork food, creating impeccable customer experiences, and/or a desire to learn.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in culinary/food, retail or hospitality industry
2+ years’ experience in a leadership position with experience training new hires
Supportive of a positive, inclusive work environment
Demonstrated ability to hold people accountable
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve with minimal supervision
A demonstrated enthusiasm for coffee & farm-to-fork food and/or a desire to learn
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and multi-task with ease
