In search of the perfect spot to start the Coffeebar Revolution, we landed in Truckee, CA, the apex of the Sierra Nevada and a historic town full of skiers, weirdos and friends. Our first cafe was born in 2010 in an old tin garage. With its rustic modern design and a strong belief in local, high quality food and sustainable practices, Coffeebar transformed Jibboom Street into a bustling haven for the community of Tahoe’s North Shore.
